When you become a HolisticBaby Member or purchase one of our products, you will be set up with a HolisticBaby account.
Becoming a member is a free part of our website but you will need to provide us with certain personal information including:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your contact phone numbers
We respect your privacy and you have the right to view and update your personal information. All personal information we collect will only be used to notify you of HolisticBaby news, products and service, as well as to administer you membership efficiently.
HolisticBaby Membership Forums
When you submit a comment, your name is displayed with your comment. You can choose to change your name to make it more anonymous. We strongly advise you not to post your email address, or phone number or home address as part of our membership forums.
The messages you post on our forums may be used by HolisticBaby as part of our research and publications, and we reserve the right to copy and quote them here or in other media.
HolisticBaby will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party unless:
- We need to do so to provide you with content, services or features you have requested;
- We are completing financial transaction with our bank;
- We need to do so to protect the rights or property of HolisticBaby;
- We are required to do so by law.
Payment and Security
Credit card security
All our credit card transactions are processed through DPS (Direct Payment Solutions), the leading online credit card processing facility used by all leading E-Commerce sites in New Zealand. DPS processes billions of transactions annually, and has over 15,000 merchants.

Card transactions require the 3 digit security code from the reverse of your credit-card, for additional security from stolen card numbers.
Your credit card details are not seen or retained by HolisticBaby. As soon as your credit card transaction has processed through DPS, your card details are deleted automatically from our system.
Credit card refunds
We do not need to seek a customers card number to process a refund. We can log in to the secure DPS website, find the customer's payment transaction, and process a refund against this transaction - all without being able to see the customer's credit card number.
Can I pay by Internet Banking?
Yes you may. Please allow extra time for bank payments to clear into our account. Deposits made from Firday through to Monday do not show in our account until Tuesday.

Please ensure bank deposits contain your order reference. If the bank account name differs from the name on your order, please let us know.
Please note deposits into fast deposit boxes do not come through with a name or reference number, so please ensure you email us if you are using this method to make your deposit.
If you need your order urgently, please email confirmation of your bank deposit to us or preferably pay by credit card..
