Please follow the diet sheet over a couple of weeks and slowly learn which foods really didn't agree with your baby's digestion.
- Stone fruit like peaches, nectarines, plums etc
- Brussel Sprouts
- Raw Onions
- Strong herbs and spices - Cayenne, Oregano, Marjoram, Chili, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage etc.
- Powered yeast
As a last resort try Wheat Free or Dairy Free but I would see a Naturopath if this was going to be long term solution.
You may need some extra supplements to keep you balanced.
