Caramel Slice by Kara McMurray
1c SR flour
1c brown sugar
1c des coconut
125g butter
30g butter
2Tbsp golden syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
200g dark chocolate

mix first 4 ingredients, press into slice pan and bake at 180C for 10 mins

mix next 3 ingredients in pot and heat on med/low stirring continually until thick, approx 5 mins. pour over base and bake for further 10 mins

cool then top with melted dark chocolate
