Place 8 ozs Flour, 12 ozs Sugar, 2 cups coconut and 2 cups Rolled oats into a bowl.

In a pot on low heat, melt 7 ozs Butter, 2 tablespoon Golden syrup or swap and I use Maple Syrup, 4 tablespoon water, when all melted and warm add 1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda. Then this should all foam up.

Then combine wet mixture to dry mixture, it should not be too dry and crumbly or to wet. Adjust as needed.

Place on baking paper on trays at 180 degrees C for 15-20mins. Makes heaps about 48 biscuits.
You can freeze these and take out as needed.
