Chocolate Brownie recipes.


Chocolate Brownie by Kara McMurray

1 ¼ c cocoa
7 eggs
325g butter
3 ¼ c sugar
1 ½ c flour
½ tspn baking powder
1 tspn vanilla essence
1 c choc bits (or more)
  1. Cream butter and sugar together in large bowl
  2. Add cocoa, then eggs.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder into cocoa mix
  4. Add vanilla and choc bits, extra choc is ok, I have been known to add the whole pkt.
  5. Cook for 30-45 mins depending on your oven at 150-180C. you can under cook slightly and chill in freezer to create a chewy centre.
  6. This recipe does make a lot of brownie. i make it in 2 tins or half the recipe depending on how much i feel like :) enjoy
Healthy(er), gluten free chocolate brownies by Trinette

I don't tell my husband that these brownies have beans in them and he thinks they are delicious!

400g butter beans
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup cocoa
150g ground almonds
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
chocolate chips (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
2. Blend wet ingredients till smooth
3.Fold in dry ingredients
4. Bake 25-30 mins. Dust with icing sugar when cold.
