What is it?

What is Oedema?

This is a slight puffiness or swelling commonly of the feet, ankles and hands especially in the last few weeks of pregnancy.
It usually disappears overnight and becomes worse as the day progresses.

Note; If you have sudden swelling / oedema, it is important to contact your caregiver/LMC who will monitor your blood pressure to ensure you are remaining healthy.
