Dr. Natalie Griffiths

Natalie is an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated osteopath and approaches each osteopathic treatment from a holistic angle bringing her in-depth knowledge of fertility, pregnancy, children and general well-being to her practice. She graduated from the British School of Osteopathy and has been practicing in New Zealand since 2004, working in a wide range of clinics and also tutoring for UNITEC's Masters of Osteopathy degree.

She is registered with the Osteopathic Council of NZ and is ACC accredited. She must re-register every year and provide proof of registration and safety and continued professional development.

Natalie is using all forms of osteopathy in her treatments – structural, visceral and cranial – she is able to tackle a breadth of conditions and injuries. With an active sporting lifestyle herself, Natalie understands the compromises your body can sometimes experience and her treatments will enable you to get back on your feet as quickly as possible, or simply ensure you are ready for an optimum performance every time which is vital after experiencing birth and being a Mother or Father.

She draws from over 7 years experience working in various osteopathic clinics.She set up Grace Osteopathy to specifically meet her patients needs in Women’s health and treating babies and children of all ages. At the clinic she provides gentle, safe treatment to all members of the family.

She also has extensive knowledge in assisting patients with fertility issues and treating babies from as young as one-day old.
