I started yoga as a teenager and have been practicing since.I decided to become a yoga teacher to pass on to others what I have learned and practiced over the years. Yoga is a lifestyle and I try to follow it as best as I can.I teach HATHA and Vinyasa Flow Yoga.I love teaching pregnancy yoga and got my certificate at triyoga in London.I am about to become a mother for the first time myself and my personal experience will hopefully encourage my students to stay active and healthy throughout the whole pregnancy. My classes and workshops help "mum's to be" to prepare for a new life ahead.My yoga classes will help them to prepare their mind, body and spirit for the journey of pregnancy and childbirth. Learning to focus, using breath and gentle moves, creating relaxation and equilibrium for baby and mother.my classes are in Henderson.Group or private classes.Also workshops and classes for mothers and partners to prepare for labor.
