Choc Almond Slice (no bake)

  • 200g pkt plain sweet biscuits (I use Superwines)
  • 250g block roasted almond chocolate (I use Whittakers Almond Block)
  • 125g butter
  • 1/2c desicated coconut (i have made this without coconut, and it's fine as well)
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • Grease or line 19x29cm retangle tin.
  • Process biscuits until finely crushed
  • Combine chocolate and butter in med-large pot and melt over low heat without boiling until smooth.
  • Stir in biscuits, coconut, cocoa and condensed milk. mix until well combined
  • Press mixture evenly into tin. cover and chill for several hours or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
