What to bring:Â
• A small plate of food to share for our group meal
• A pen and a drink bottle
• Comfortable clothing you can move in, as we’ll do some gentle movement and positioning practice together Â
You’ll learn what to expect in late pregnancy, labour, birth, and the early days at home with your baby. Â
