Each booking is for a Pregnant woman and one support person.
Cathy's qualification...Mother, Midwife, Lactation Consultant, Happiest Baby instructor, Attended a Spinning Babies Workshop and will share techniques, Acupressure and Breath work.

Please note: 6-7 couples, so small class and lots of One on One support.
