"I felt like so much of the Antenatal class education we received focussed on the birth. But this class opened my eyes. I had no idea how I was going to support my wife in the days after we came home and what having a new baby in the house would be like." So helpful!
New Dad, Ben
Cathy's vast knowledge, easygoing nature and ability to answer even the silliest questions without making us feel useless, helped us a lot, particularly during those overwhelming first weeks. The most valuable thing Cathy taught us was to trust our instinct. As new parents we were overwhelmed with information, which was sometimes conflicting. It turns out we knew all along what was best for us and our baby, by following our gut instinct!"
Claire
Had Cathy as my postnatal midwife, and she made the whole experience feel so much calmer. She is patient, thoughtful, easy-going, and incredibly supportive. Highly recommended for new mothers, she really helps ease anxiety, creates a very relaxed atmosphere, and always provides constructive and reassuring feedback.
Molly
Cathy was my postnatal midwife for my two boys, and both times with different needs, Cathy was incredible. I genuinely felt cared for. I can’t thank you enough Cathy for your support, your kindness in listening and your considered and practical advice. You’re our superstar and i will never forget the feeling of being cared for.
Claire
Attended antenatal classes before giving birth and took away incredible knowledge. As a first time parent, I was worried about breastfeeding and the challenges that arise. We ended up having a lot of medical intervention through birth, and coming out the other side was stressful. I had latch problems due to tongue tied baby, causing issues like mastitis and cracked nipples. I went back to Holistic Baby for a lactation consultation, met with Cathy who provided life changing advise on baby's latch, our positioning, and weaning off nipple shield.
Highly, highly recommend Holistic Baby and the classes and consultations they have to offer.
