HolisticBaby advice can suggest to get a definite diagnoses of the problem from either your Doctor, Midwife, Wellchild provider or Naturopath before trying to find a solution.

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will replace it for you!
Sometimes a product may develop a manufacturers fault, and we will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction.
HolisticBaby will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described.
Unused, unworn items in original condition (including original packaging) may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be received back in perfect condition and shipping is not refundable on returns. We do not accept back change of mind returns where the item has been used.
If you would like to return something and have us send out another item etc you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.
A full refund will be given if notice is given before 1 month before class is due to start. If at or after 1 month before class is due to start, then only $100 of payment will be given. But please contact us if you would like to discuss this further due to your unique situation. email email@example.com
Shipping and delivery
All orders in New Zealand please see check-out.
Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 2-5 working days of receipt of order and payment. Please note rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability. We will advise you if an order is to be delayed.
Please note we use a non-signature required service, which means the courier driver will leave your package in a safe place if you are not home to receive your item. Please make a note with your order if you have specific delivery instructions for the driver or you need to sign for your package due to security concerns in your location.
We are happy to send orders internationally. Overseas orders are also less 15% GST tax - all prices on our website are inclusive of this tax, unless you are logged in with an international address. Once you log in to your account and have set up your international delivery address, the gst amount will be automatically deducted from any items you order. Freight charges will be added to your cart as your order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched. Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address. If you do not receive an email reply within 24 hours, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder and/or log in to your HolisticBaby Account to confirm your order status on line.
Orders under $250 are sent by International Air. Orders over $250 are sent by International Courier. The delivery time for international orders is 5-15 working days. Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
To check the status of your order simply log in to your account and click on your recent order. Please contact us if you think there has been a problem with delivery and we will follow this up for you.
