Expert evidenced based classes run by a Midwife / IBCLC, sharing with you all the information you need to know on how to prepare for a calm birth & family life.
 
HolisticBaby is running these sessions ON Line or in person at Titirangi Wellness Centre, 511 South Titirangi Rd, Titirangi or Mother-Well Holistic Health, 820 Mt Eden Rd, Mt Eden.

Time: 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Cost: $45 per person

In these focused 2 hour groups prior to the birth of your baby, we will empower you with information and strategies for parenting your baby in the early days and weeks, such as:
 
  • What to expect from your newborn when you get home.
  • Newborn care (dressing, bathing and other cares).
  • Beginning breastfeeding and what to avoid.
  • Breastfeeding tips – completing the puzzle.
  • Latest evidence based advice on infant sleep, settling and feeding.
  • How to make nights manageable.
  • The importance of "Responsive Care".
  • Establishing your values as parents.
  • Developing your skills as a new parents. 
  • Emotional support and encouragement, reducing stress.
  • Where to get support...

Come and meet other parents who are also expecting! 
Sessions will be tailored to each group to ensure they address all the questions you may have.
