Cathy facilitates Antenatal Classes, Taking Baby Home Classse and Breastfeeding Classes. These are held monthly at Titirangi Wellness Centre, Titirangi and Mother-Well Holsitic Health, Mt Eden. Cathy is an experienced lactation consultant and is an expert in the latest evidence in breastfeeding techniques, mother and baby health, sleep and cry & fussy baby behaviours.

Cathy is employed ay Waitemata health as a specialist midwife in the 'Tongue Tie Restriction Clinic' assessing and providing treatment if required.

Cathy has a special interest in Maternal and Infant mental health & mood support. She has completed further study in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Joanne is a qualified Holistic Sleep Coach, BabyEm UK and has completed the Possums Clinic NDC program for providers and educators and is a parent mentor. Jo is trained in Infant Neuro -Protective Developmental Care with The Fussy baby Network. Jo is also a mother of one.
